Meet Kate
In 2008, when I came across an introduction to aesthetics course for clinicians, I knew this was the perfect career path for me. It combines my clinical skills with my artistic flair, and my natural desire to want to make people feel good.
Aesthetic medicine is the perfect marriage between science and art. Where a practitioner's artistic eye is equally as important as their knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
I pride my self in practicing safely and ethically and always start with a thorough consultation to help me understand your goals. My sole aim is always to help you achieve these goals in a safe and relaxing environment, with absolutely no hard sell.
I am committed to helping you look and feel your best and feel passionately about taking a holistic approach to aesthetic treatments, including diet and nutrition, life style changes and skin care, as well as injectable treatments.
I graduated from the University of Manchester in 2004. I worked in A&E as a newly qualified nurse before moving to sexual health and general practice then later, addiction services and women's health. I have always had a keen interest in art and beauty and in 2008, I developed an interest in aesthetic medicine and started taking courses to develop my knowledge and skill in this field. In 2015 I gained qualifications in advanced clinical practice and Independent Prescribing and in 2021 completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Aesthetic Medicine. I maintain my registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council as a Nurse Independent Prescriber practicing int he field of Aesthetic Medicine my evidencing my clinical hours and ongoing training and CPD.
