Appointments and Cancellations:

A minimum of 48 hours notice must be given to change or cancel an appointment. Failure to do so may result in the loss of a treatment from your package (if applicable) and/or a booking fee will be required for all future appointments

Please arrive a maximum of 5 minutes ahead of your appointment and a maximum of 10 minutes late as we do not have a reception/waiting area. Please let us know on 07596 358333 if you think you may be late for your appointment, late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or forfeiting the appointment.

Please attend your appointment alone due to limited space in the treatment room. If you feel you need someone to attend with you, please discuss this with us in advance of your appointment by calling 07596 358333. Children can not attend with you.

We will endeavour to ensure your appointment runs to time, however should we need to change, cancel or postpone your appointment we will make every effort to contact you in advance.

Payment

Full payment must be made on the day of treatment in the clinic, cash and all major credit and debit cards are accepted. 

Refunds

No refunds of any kind will be offered on treatments, services or products undertaken.
