Appointments

 

Please let us know on 07596 358333 if you think you may be late for your appointment, late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or forfeiting the appointment if there is not enough time to treat you safely

 

​We will endeavour to ensure your appointment runs to time, however should we need to change, cancel or postpone your appointment we will make every effort to contact you in advance.

 

Only one person can be in the treatment room at any one time with the clinician. If you attend the clinic with someone, they will need to wait in the reception area while you are being seen.  Children can not be in the treatment room for safety reasons.

 

Payment

 

Full payment must be made on the day of treatment in the clinic, cash and all major credit and debit cards are accepted. Consultations and reviews are free of charge.

 

You have the option of paying in advance of your appointment, at time of booking if you prefer. With this, you can pay either by card or PayPal, including PayPal Credit options (subject to acceptance by PayPal). If you change your mind and decide to cancel before your appointment, a full refund will by given by the same means as payment.

 

Refunds

 

No refunds of any kind will be offered on treatments, services or products undertaken.

 

Cancelling and rescheduling

 

A minimum of 24 hours notice must be given to change or cancel an appointment. If you do not attend your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, this will result in the loss of a treatment from your course  (if applicable) or loss of review (if applicable).

 

If you do not attend an appointment without informing us, or if you cancel/reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, a booking fee will be required to secure any future appointments. If you then fail to attend this appointments or give 24 hours notice of cancellation, the booking fee will bot be refunded or transferred to a future appointment. If you attend the appointment, the fee will be discounted from the cost of treatment. If you reschedule the appointment giving 24 hours notice or more, the booking fee will be transferable.

 

Anti-wrinkle reviews

 

A review is offered between 2 and 4 weeks following treatment with botulinum toxin. At this appointment you will be assessed by your treating clinician to see if a dose increase is indicated and safe. If you decline this appointment, do not attend or cancel; further appointments will not be offered outside of the 2-4 week period.
