Natural-looking lip enhancement in Brighton & Hove
Lip enhancement is about more than adding volume. Small, carefully considered changes can help refine lip shape, improve definition or address asymmetry while maintaining your natural proportions.
At EIRA Clinics in Hove, we take a conservative approach. Every treatment is planned around your individual anatomy, facial balance and personal preferences.
The aim is for your lips to look like yours — with subtle refinement where appropriate.
What can lip enhancement help with?
Depending on your anatomy and goals, treatment may be considered to add subtle volume, improve lip definition, address differences in shape or symmetry, or restore some fullness lost with age.
Not every concern can or should be addressed with filler. We’ll discuss what’s realistically achievable during your consultation.
What to expect from treatment
Your consultation includes an assessment of your lips, facial anatomy, medical history and treatment goals. We’ll discuss the potential benefits, limitations, risks and alternatives before deciding whether treatment is appropriate.
Lip enhancement involves injecting a suitable hyaluronic acid dermal filler into carefully selected areas.
Swelling, tenderness and bruising are common after treatment, particularly in the lips. The initial appearance is not the final result, and we’ll explain when to assess your outcome.
Although uncommon, serious complications can occur, including vascular occlusion. We’ll explain the warning signs, provide aftercare instructions and make sure you know how to contact us if you have a concern.
A considered approach to lip enhancement
At EIRA, we don’t work towards a standard lip shape or volume.
We consider how your lips sit within your face, how they move and what you would like to achieve. Sometimes a small adjustment is appropriate; sometimes the best decision is not to treat.
Our focus is on individual assessment, informed choice and results that remain in keeping with your natural features.
