Last updated: September 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the EIRA Clinics website and to appointments, consultations, treatments, services and purchases provided by EIRA Clinics.
EIRA Clinics is operated by Kate Bell Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales- Company number: 14719551. References to “EIRA Clinics”, “EIRA”, “we”, “us” or “our” in these terms refer to Kate Bell Ltd trading as EIRA Clinics.
By using this website, booking an appointment or purchasing a service or product from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. About EIRA Clinics
EIRA Clinics provides private healthcare, women’s health, diagnostic and screening services, medical aesthetics and skin health services.
Certain healthcare services provided by the clinic are regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). Other cosmetic and skin services may fall outside the scope of CQC regulation.
The precise service recommended to you will depend upon an individual assessment by an appropriately qualified practitioner.
2. Medical information and website content
Information provided on this website is intended for general information and education and should not be regarded as individual medical advice, diagnosis or a substitute for consultation with an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
Treatment suitability, investigations, prescriptions and recommendations can only be determined following an appropriate clinical assessment.
If you have symptoms requiring urgent or emergency medical attention, you should contact NHS 111, your GP or emergency services as appropriate rather than relying on information provided through this website.
3. Appointments and consultations
New patients may be required to attend a consultation before treatment or prescribing.
During your consultation we may discuss your medical history, medications, symptoms, treatment goals and other information relevant to your care.
We reserve the right to decline, postpone or modify treatment where a practitioner considers that treatment would not be clinically appropriate or in your best interests.
Booking an appointment does not guarantee that a particular treatment, medication or prescription will be provided.
4. Booking deposits
A £50 booking deposit is required to secure appointments unless otherwise stated.
The deposit will normally be deducted from the cost of your appointment or treatment.
Deposits are non-refundable where an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice, except where otherwise agreed by the clinic in exceptional circumstances.
5. Cancellation and rescheduling
We understand that plans sometimes change. We ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Where less than 48 hours’ notice is provided, your booking deposit may be retained.
Repeated late cancellations or non-attendance may result in full payment being required before future appointments can be booked.
If EIRA Clinics needs to cancel or rearrange your appointment, we will endeavour to provide as much notice as reasonably possible. Any deposit paid will be transferred to your rearranged appointment or refunded where appropriate.
6. Late arrival
Please arrive at the agreed appointment time.
Late arrival may mean that your appointment needs to be shortened, modified or rearranged to avoid affecting subsequent patients.
Where there is insufficient time to safely provide the booked service, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation making the deposit paid none refundable or transferable.
7. Treatment suitability and consent
All clinical treatments are subject to assessment and informed consent.
Your practitioner will discuss the expected benefits, limitations, relevant risks, alternatives and anticipated recovery or aftercare where applicable.
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information about your health, medical history, medications, allergies, pregnancy or breastfeeding status and any other information relevant to your treatment.
You may withdraw your consent at any time before a procedure or treatment takes place.
8. Prescription medicines
Prescription-only medicines are supplied only where an appropriately qualified prescriber determines that they are clinically indicated and safe for you.
Payment for a consultation does not guarantee that medication will be prescribed.
Where prescriptions are dispensed by an external pharmacy, medication and dispensing charges may be payable directly to that pharmacy and are separate from EIRA Clinics' consultation fees unless expressly stated otherwise.
9. Blood tests and diagnostic investigations
Blood tests and other investigations may be recommended following clinical assessment or purchased as part of an appropriate clinic service.
Laboratory analysis may be undertaken by third-party accredited laboratory providers.
Turnaround times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside EIRA Clinics' control.
Abnormal or clinically significant results may require further investigation, repeat testing or referral to your GP or another healthcare professional. Additional consultations, investigations or treatment may incur further charges.
No diagnostic test can identify or exclude every possible health condition.
10. Treatment results
Individual responses to medical, aesthetic and skin treatments vary.
While we will recommend treatments based upon clinical assessment and available evidence, specific results cannot be guaranteed.
Some treatments require a course of treatment, maintenance or review to achieve or maintain the intended outcome.
Before-and-after photographs or examples shown on our website or social media demonstrate individual patient outcomes and should not be interpreted as a guarantee that another patient will achieve the same result.
11. Review appointments
Where a review appointment forms part of a particular treatment, we will explain the recommended review period.
Reviews requested outside the recommended timeframe may be treated as a new consultation or appointment and may incur an additional fee.
Any additional treatment provided at review is subject to clinical assessment and may incur an additional charge where appropriate.
12. Treatment courses and packages
Courses and packages must be paid for according to the terms displayed at the time of purchase.
Recommended treatment intervals should be followed wherever possible.
Unless otherwise stated, packages are for the individual named at purchase and cannot be transferred to another person.
Where a course is discontinued after treatment has begun, any refund entitlement will be calculated in accordance with applicable consumer law and the terms provided when the course was purchased.
13. Memberships
Where EIRA Clinics offers memberships, the individual membership's price, minimum term, included services, payment schedule and cancellation provisions will be provided before purchase.
Membership benefits are personal to the member and cannot normally be transferred or exchanged for cash.
Specific membership terms provided at sign-up will form part of these Terms & Conditions.
14. Products and online purchases
Products purchased through our website are subject to availability.
Product descriptions are provided as accurately as reasonably possible, but packaging and formulations may occasionally change.
Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain opened or used skincare products may not be eligible for return unless faulty. Any statutory right to cancel or return an online purchase will continue to apply where required by law.
15. Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are subject to any expiry date and specific conditions stated at the time of purchase.
Gift vouchers cannot normally be exchanged for cash.
Where a voucher is used towards a treatment, treatment remains subject to clinical suitability. If the recipient is unsuitable for the intended treatment, we will discuss appropriate alternatives in accordance with the applicable voucher terms and consumer rights.
16. Children and young people
EIRA Clinics does not provide cosmetic injectable treatment to anyone under the age of 18.
Other services for children or young people will only be provided where they fall within the clinic's scope of practice and where appropriate consent and safeguarding requirements can be met.
17. Photography
Clinical photographs may be taken where appropriate for medical records, treatment planning or monitoring.
Clinical photography forming part of your confidential medical record will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Photographs will not be used for marketing, social media or promotional purposes without separate appropriate consent.
