LONGEVITY
Understand your health today.
Invest in your future.
A personalised, evidence-led approach to understanding the factors that influence how you age — combining health assessment, targeted testing and practical interventions to support your long-term health and wellbeing.
OUR APPROACH
Healthspan, not just lifespan.
Longevity medicine is about understanding your health before problems arise — and identifying the areas where meaningful changes could make a difference.
At EIRA, we take a personalised, evidence-led approach, looking at the bigger picture: your medical history, lifestyle, metabolic health, cardiovascular risk, hormones, nutrition and other factors that can influence how well you age.
Where appropriate, we can use targeted blood testing and health assessments to build a clearer picture of your current health and identify areas worth addressing.
The aim isn’t to chase perfection or a number on a test. It’s to help you make informed, realistic changes that support a longer, healthier life.
You don’t need to work it out alone. At EIRA, we take time to understand the whole picture and help you decide what support is right for you.
WHAT WE LOOK AT
A clearer picture of your health.
Health is shaped by many interconnected factors. Your longevity assessment brings these together, helping us understand where you are now, identify potential areas of risk and focus on the changes most likely to support your future health.
01 — METABOLIC HEALTH
Blood glucose regulation, insulin resistance, body composition and other factors associated with metabolic health.
04 — NUTRITION & MICRONUTRIENTS
Dietary patterns and, where appropriate, targeted testing to identify nutritional factors that may benefit from attention.
02 — CARDIOVASCULAR HEALTH
Blood pressure, cholesterol and lipid markers, family history and other factors that can influence long-term cardiovascular risk.
05 — LIFESTYLE & RESILIENCE
Sleep, movement, exercise, stress, alcohol, smoking and the everyday behaviours that can have a meaningful cumulative effect on health.
03 — HORMONES & HEALTHY AGEING
How hormonal changes across midlife may interact with bone, cardiovascular, metabolic and overall health.
06 — BIOLOGICAL AGEING
Where appropriate, biomarkers and biological-age assessments can provide additional insight into how your health compares with chronological age and help track change over time.
YOUR LONGEVITY CONSULTATION
Start with where you are now.
Your longevity consultation is an opportunity to take a more detailed look at your current health, your family and medical history, lifestyle, symptoms and what you would like to improve or protect for the future.
Rather than ordering every test available, we’ll consider which investigations are genuinely useful for you. This may include targeted blood testing, cardiovascular and metabolic risk assessment, body composition and biological age testing where appropriate.
Once we have the information we need, we can identify priorities and create a personalised plan focused on the areas most likely to make a meaningful difference to your long-term health.
Your plan may include changes to nutrition, movement, sleep and lifestyle, alongside supplements, further investigation or referral where clinically appropriate.
WHAT TO EXPECT
01
In-depth health & lifestyle assessment
02

03
Review and interpretation of your results
04
Your individual health priorities identified
05
A practical, personalised action plan
TESTING & DIAGNOSTICS
Test with purpose.
More testing doesn’t necessarily mean better healthcare. The value comes from choosing the right tests, understanding what the results mean in the context of you, and knowing what to do with that information.
At EIRA, testing is selected according to your health history, individual risk factors and goals — rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
1 — BLOOD TESTING
Targeted blood testing can help us explore areas including metabolic and cardiovascular health, hormone status, thyroid function, inflammation, nutritional markers and other factors relevant to healthy ageing.
02 — BIOLOGICAL AGE
Where appropriate, biological age testing can provide an additional perspective on how your body is ageing compared with your chronological age and offer a useful baseline for monitoring change over time.
We don’t test simply to collect more data. We test when the result has the potential to inform what we do next.
03 — HEALTH METRICS
Blood pressure, body composition and other relevant health measurements can add important context to laboratory results and help us build a more complete picture of your health.
YOUR PLAN
Insight is only useful if you can act on it.
Understanding your health is the starting point. The next step is deciding what is worth changing — and making those changes realistic enough to become part of everyday life.
Your results and assessment are brought together to create a personalised plan, focused on the areas most relevant to your health, priorities and goals.
Depending on your individual needs, this may include:
01 — NUTRITION
Practical changes to support metabolic health, cardiovascular health, energy and healthy ageing.
04 — HEALTH OPTIMISATION
Addressing modifiable risk factors and, where appropriate, considering targeted supplementation or further clinical investigation.
02 — MOVEMENT & STRENGTH
Recommendations around physical activity, resistance training and maintaining strength and function as you age.
05 — WOMEN’S HEALTH
Where relevant, considering how perimenopause, menopause and hormonal health may influence your wider health and longevity plan.
The goal isn’t to optimise everything. It’s to focus on the changes that matter most to your health — and make them sustainable.
03 — SLEEP & RECOVERY
Strategies to support restorative sleep, recovery and the impact of stress on long-term health.
06 — MONITOR & REVIEW
Tracking meaningful markers over time so we can understand what is changing and adapt your plan where needed.

You don’t need to feel unwell to invest in your health.
You may feel generally well but want a better understanding of your health and what you can do now to protect it for the years ahead.
Or perhaps something has shifted — your energy, sleep, body composition, strength or how you feel in yourself — and you want to understand why.
A longevity consultation may be particularly helpful if you:
01- Want to take a more proactive approach to your future health.
04 -Want to better understand your metabolic, cardiovascular or hormonal health.
02 -Are in your 40s, 50s or beyond and want to understand how your health needs may be changing.
05 -Have made lifestyle changes and would like objective markers to help measure progress.
You don’t need to wait for something to be wrong before paying attention to your health.
03 -Have a family history of cardiovascular disease, diabetes, osteoporosis or other conditions that may influence your long-term health risks.
06 -Feel overwhelmed by conflicting health and longevity advice and want a clinically led, personalised
ONGOING SUPPORT
Your health isn’t static.
Your plan shouldn’t be either.
Longevity care isn’t about completing a set of tests and filing the results away.
Your health, lifestyle and priorities will change over time. Review appointments give us the opportunity to look at what’s working, revisit your goals and adapt your plan as needed.
Where useful, selected blood tests, health measurements or biological age assessments can be repeated to monitor meaningful changes over time.
The aim is to build a clearer understanding of your health — and support you in making changes that are realistic, measurable and sustainable.
FAQs

6
Do I need blood tests before my longevity consultation?
1
No. Your consultation comes first. We’ll discuss your health, medical and family history, lifestyle and goals before deciding whether testing would be useful and which tests are appropriate for you. If you already have recent blood results, you’re welcome to bring these with you.
Are blood tests included in the consultation fee?
2
Blood tests and additional diagnostic testing are charged separately unless specifically included within the service you have booked. We’ll discuss any recommended testing and associated costs with you before arranging it.
Do I need biological age testing?
3
Can I have a longevity consultation if I already receive menopause care at EIRA?
Not necessarily. Biological age testing can provide an additional perspective on health and ageing, but it isn’t essential for everyone. We’ll discuss whether it is likely to provide useful information for you rather than recommending testing simply because it is available.
What happens if my results show something abnormal?
4
How often will I need a review?
Your results will be reviewed in the context of your overall health. Where something requires further investigation or treatment outside the scope of EIRA Clinics, we may recommend that you speak with your GP or another appropriate healthcare professional. Where necessary, we can provide information to support onward care.
Yes. Women’s health and longevity are closely connected, particularly through midlife and beyond. If you already receive menopause care at EIRA, your longevity assessment can build on what we already know about your health while taking a broader look at factors associated with long-term health and healthy ageing.
There is no one-size-fits-all schedule. The timing of reviews and any repeat testing will depend on your initial assessment, results, health priorities and the changes you are making. We’ll agree an appropriate follow-up plan with you.
